Bård was one of the two co-founders of Mission in 2001. He has more than 20 years of experience leading branding projects, from strategy to implementation, across sectors including lifestyle, technology and professional services. Drawing on his experience with clients, agencies and several active board positions, he helps some of the leading Scandinavian businesses reimagine how they interact with both their customers and employees.

For many of our customers, Bård is used as a sparring partner in parts of the process to ensure long-term strategic perspectives. Particularly important is his role as a facilitator in relation to internal processes at the customer level, as well as communication at the senior management level towards key decision-makers.

Bård’s expertise is helping organisations articulate and deliver clear, credible brand strategies based on a meaningful purpose.
