Challenge

Expo Nova offers world-class brands, but experiences strong competition from larger furniture stores that have built advanced online stores with integrated logistics solutions. The challenge has been to gain sufficient visibility in the market by clearly differentiating oneself. For digital channels, 3 measurable challenges were defined, and 2 general ones were to be solved:

  1. Increase the time and number of pages users are on the website through defined user journeys.

  2. To receive more customer inquiries (prospects), through clear call-to-action.

  3. To increase the number of visits through organic searchability.

  4. More modern design, and more high-end feel on the web page

  5. Simplify the current publishing solution to make it easier to manage and publish new content.

Solution

Through our strategy process, it was agreed that everything begins with inspiration. A new website was developed with a focus on showcasing projects where Expo Nova had assisted interior designers and architects with their expertise in creating inspiring solutions and fantastic rooms.

This, together with a renewed identity and marketing materials, allowed Expo Nova to communicate its full range of products, services and solutions in a way that engages those who want to realise their dreams.

Result

New websites, with an abundance of beautiful pictures and videos have yielded strong results. The traffic to the website increased by 208% before the use of advertising. The average number of pages visited has tripled, and the time the visitor spends on the page has risen sharply as a result.
