Successful companies involve their staff. It’s all a matter of having a shared standpoint that staff can identify with and live up to.

Our staff have no idea what we are or where we’re heading

Many managers often ignore the target group that’s right under their very noses – their staff. For some people, a job is a job. But for others, a job is so much more than that. If the management do their jobs properly, staff can be the company’s top ambassadors. They’re proud of the company they work for, it often plays an important part in their lives and they’re keen to contribute to the development of the company.

This commitment can be a vital resource if utilized correctly. If that commitment isn’t nurtured, staff will often lose their motivation, become passive and – at worst – seek out new challenges.

Successful companies invest major resources in involving their staff in what the company and its brand represent. It’s all a matter of having a shared background, shared values and a shared standpoint that staff can identify with and live up to.
