For TINE, it is important to reach out with information and experiences of everyday life in TINE. There is considerable potential in using annual reports in new ways. It has been necessary to show the opportunities for brand building of the company, both among employees and other stakeholders.
Challenge
In 2017, TINE and Mission began working together on a new digital branding solution, resulting in a more engaging and intuitive platform for reporting. Maximising potential on all levels. As Norway’s leading supplier of dairy products, their goal is financial and sustainable value creation where TINE can contribute positively to the environment and their social surroundings. This is what we call sustainable value creation. The report provides more information about how TINE works with sustainability and the results they have achieved.
Solution
Building on the 2017 report, people can now take a digital journey through the world of TINE in the year 2018. At Mission, we wanted to develop an intuitive integrated report that realistically reflected TINE’s unique position in Norway. Using informative videos, educational animations, clear maps and concise data, the report presents TINE’s total footprint in an effective and intuitive way. Furthermore, the report shows TINE’s role as a market player, one that builds bridges between producers and consumers, emphasising the company’s commitment to ethical value creation and sustainable development.
Result
TINE's new digital annual report makes it easier for employees to better understand the entire value chain they are a part of. Management uses the digital report as a tool in connection with company presentations, and the sales organisation uses it actively in connection with tenders. The tool and the reporting have received excellent feedback both internally and externally.
TINE won gold in the category best digital annual report during the Farmand Prize 2019.
